Install the plugin using Joomla! extensions installer
Enable plugin on Joomla! plugin manager
Create and configure payment method in HikaShop (Components->HikaShop->System->Payment Methods->New)
In the displayed list, click the entry named 'MercadoPago payment module for Hikashop with IPN 2.0 and Checkout API'
Set Payment Name as you like
Set Published to Yes
Set configuration as you like in the 'Specific configuration' section
Set the "Client ID" and "Client Secret" provided by MercadoPago. You can get your credentials through this link http://developers.mercadopago.com/documentacion/autenticacion and then, click on the button "Obtener credenciales", finally, you may select the correct country according to your MercadoPago account and it will display your credentials
Set the other options as you like
Click Save to apply configuration

Instale el plugin usando el instalador de extensiones de Joomla!
Habilite el plugin en el administrador de plugins de Joomla!
Cree y configure un nuevo método de pago en HikaShop (Componentes->HikaShop->Sistema->Medios de Pago->Nuevo)
En la lista que se muestra a continuación, seleccione la opción 'MercadoPago payment module for Hikashop with IPN 2.0 and Checkout API'
Indique el nombre que desee
